A lot of things happen in the backend. Most often it's us getting too much volume and there's only limited personnel to clear them within the day. We are a small team with day jobs and limited manpower. We will try to get through most orders within the day and the remaining ones are put into priority for the next day.
Sometimes, it's our supplier, they have run out of the product or might have oversold their stock and we have to get a new batch. This might take a week at most but once it's ready we send them out or we send what's available from the items you ordered in advance and then catch up with the remaining products.
Either way, we will make sure that you will get what you ordered. We just ask for more time and patience if this happens. It's not ideal for us too but we make most of what we have.
You don't have to worry though as the process is automated, once the order is ready to ship, you will receive an email from us informing you that we are fulfilling your order.
The delivery time frame is 4-6 weeks so it will arrive within that time frame.
